failed to detect Articulate presenter process

I'm not very good in english so if someone speaking french can answer me that would be great. 

since several weeks, i have an error when i open powerpoint. 

i've seen many discuss about this problèm but it's over 2 years old. could you give me some advise to solve my problem ? 

i work with office 365. thank you in advance.

If Presenter 360 is not working properly for you, you may need to do a repair of Studio 360 to address the issue. You'll also want to make sure that you have a supported version of Microsoft Office installed.
