Failed to publish

Mar 23, 2021

I am attempting to build a preview sample of a nine-module program.  Each of the nine have been successfully published and are available as a course in Rise.  Of course each was published by Articulate.

When I combined a few slide from each of the sections it fails to publish.  I know sending in the error report may not help but I did cut and paste the error information.

Hello Jørn,

Yes. Jan, one of our support engineers, was able to identify the culprit in Robert's file. The issue was specific to a couple of images in his file, so there is no general solution to share with you here.

I'd like you to share your project file with our support engineers to investigate what's happening with your permission. You can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
