Features in Presenter not working when published

Hello. I have some features in Presenter that work fine in the preview but once I publish the project they do not work. These features are:

quicktime.mov and .swf files

Also my hyperlinks do not work in preview or in published version?

I have been looking for a response from technical support which I recieved with my license but I seem to get no where with them. Any suggestions?
