This sounds like it's probably an issue with your LMS, Cornerstone. To verify, would you mind  testing it out in the SCORM Test Track and verify that it works as expected there? If it does, then it's an issue with Cornerstone, and you should approach your LMS reps about the issue. You can find the link to that (#3) and other useful Articulate/LMS pointers here:

And just as a general rule, anytime a new version of a browser is released, it's a good idea to check with your LMS to ensure compatibility. Let me know what you discover, and good luck!

If you are still having issues with this, (or if anyone else is desperately searching for an answer like i was, lol) here is my reply to another post

"For reference, it turned out to be an issue with the action set for the "finish" button at the end of the quiz. Our courses were only marking complete with IE. Now they work with everything. Check my other post if you want details."
