Hi, Manjunath -- Many thanks for your question! May I ask if you have tested the published output in the intended environment or where it will ultimately be accessed by your learners? When I published and tested via tempshare.articulate.com as seen here, I do not appear to be experiencing blurriness in the Notes section or on the slide itself. Please check out this link and let me know what you find!
Thank you very much for the response, can you please elaborate me about the settings used in publishing, Currently i am publishing in Local "D" drive and i am still facing the same.
In addition to the above mail, i am able to see the text blurr in the preview itself in the notes page and i have also tested in different browsers, uploaded the package in cloudscorm, its still appears the same. There is no change in the appearance of the text.
Hi, Manjunath -- Many thanks for your reply and for the additional information! May I ask if you also had a chance to test the tempshare.articulate.com link that I had shared above? Via that link, I did not notice any blurriness to the font and was wondering if you found the same.
I did have a look into the link and i did not notice any sort of blurr in the text. But when i publish the same in my Local drive i am able to see the blurr ness in the text.
I did test in Cloud scorm publishing files in LMS and found the same blurr in the notes page.
In addition to this query i am able to see the blurr in the preview itself in the notes page. Kindly help me.
Hi, Manjunath -- Thanks so much for your patience while I looked in to this further! And while I am still not able to see blurriness when I tested your published output via the SCORM Cloud, I can confirm that I am experiencing the blurriness in Preview in both your file and a test file I created. As such, I will go ahead and submit a ticket with our QA team for additional investigation. And while I am not able to provide a workaround or a timeframe in which this may be addressed, I am linking this discussion in the ticket, so any updates will be shared here as they are received.

And we recommend that you Create, Edit, and Publish Articulate Presenter '13 Courses on Your Local Hard Drive, before either Publishing a Presentation for Web or if you are using a Learning Management System, Publishing a Presentation for LMS. I'll go ahead and republish for LMS to see if I am able to see the behavior you are describing when uploaded to the SCORM Cloud, as well.
