Forward button freezing navigation

Hello,
I am currently creating a course with captivate 5 demonstrations entered into articulate as web objects. To prevent the users from prematurely advancing I've imported different lengths of silence into the articulate slide and restricted the navigation so that users can only view the current & previous slides. Each slide is set to advance when user clicks next.
I expect that users will try to click through the slides without fully watching the video so, I tested the forward & back buttons to see what happens. When I click the forward button the entire navigation bar freezes and doesn’t allow the user to advance to any other slides. This occurs when I’m previewing the presentation and also after it’s published.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with this. Are you able to create a Presenter Package and submit the files to us in a support case, so we can take a look?
