Does anyone have any suggestions on how to keep symbols (&) and The rights symbol (®) on the Glossary? For some odd reason it will not save those symbols, the display looks like an underscore. Help!

Would it be possible for you to use the steps here to create an Articulate Package so we can take a closer look at your file? If you'd prefer to share privately, here is the form you would need to do so.
