I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with the tabs. You mentioned seeing both in the published version but do you see them when you look at the preview, or when you're updating the Player settings? Can you confirm that you're working with local project files and testing the published output within the intended environment? If you'd like us to take a look, can you create Presenter package and share it with us here or privately here?
No - I cant see them in the preview. I am working on local project files in PP 2010. I have tried removing the articulate glossary and then re-adding it but it still comes back. I will send you the files.
Articulate have been able to replicate the problem - here is the case number. # 00369224
I don't know, but its possible there is some correlation with when I change the name on the glossary engage interaction from the template we use - but that's a wild guess as it is quite random. Thanks
I checked into your case today, and it seems that Vevette was able to replicate the behavior and reported it to our QA team. It appears that the Glossary tab is being duplicated when the Player you're using is saved. It seems Vevette was able to bypass the duplication, by overwriting the files with those in the Presenter package and not saving the player. The glossary only appeared once then. Feel free to let Vevette or I know if you need anything else.

Thanks Louise. I see that Vevette is doing some additional testing as she works through your file so I'll continue to follow along.
