I found out from my project sponsor that my Articulate presentation needs to be posted to Sharepoint. But I don't
want to post a bunch of files or folders. I just want to post one file
to play the course. How do I do that?
If you keep all your published output together (meaning your player.html file, your player folder, and your data folder), you'll be able to launch your course no problem. If your only web server is Sharepoint, you'll need to upload your course folder to a shared folder on Sharepoint. If you have another web server on your intranet, you could put the files in that folder by using Windows Explorer... then link from Sharepoint to your player.html file.
hi there. I have loaded one course up- no dramas. Then another one I think is too large and won't play. Is there any way to make a file smaller in articulate and then publish for the web and place on sharepoint?
you make an Iframe and a sharepoint page to use it like a folder then you have to use windows explorer to open the folder in this page you point the story.html

Okay, that makes sense. We do have another web server, so that will work great for us. Thanks for the help!

Sharepoint is limited to 100mb I believe. Your course unless you have video shouldn't be that large. How big is your file? Greg
