how do i uninstall?

I am going to try to uninstall and install Presenter but I can't remember how to do it.  (Deactivate does not work since there seems to be some kind of disconnect with Articulate). 

I have the serial number.  And I have done this before (when installing it on a training laptop) but I cannot remember now how I did it!  Ugh.
