I need help to create closed caption using the rpesenter 13. I know how to do it in storyline but I needed to implement using the presenter 13. So, if anyone can help me out with this will be great and also refer me to any video to do this will be very helpfull.
Obviously the settings and layout are going to be a little different, and the effect isn't the same as Storyline, but you should be able to use the Notes in your project to display as closed captions.
This thread is a bit dated and Christine does not make it back to the forums often.
Presenter '09 had the ability to move the notes to the bottom of the player and users were utilizing this to simulate the closed captioning that they wanted.
You can still utilize the Notes tab if you wish to, but there is not a closed captioning feature available.
You are welcome to submit a feature request for this if you'd like.

Welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
Though the article below is for Presenter '09, it may still be an option to consider for your project:

Best of luck on the project!

How would I get the Notes in my project to display at closed captions?

OK. How do I move my notes to the bottom of the slide in Presenter '13?
Hi Toni!
I apologize for not stating that well. It is not a feature of Presenter '13.
