How to fix hyperlinks on PowerPoint slides in Presenter 2013?

I have two PowerPoint 2013 slides with a hyperlink to a PDF file (hyperlink is on an image, same PDF on each slide) that are not working in my LMS.  What do I need to do to get the hyperlinks to work?  When I tested it in my LMS, I got the 404 error message.  Do I need to copy the PDFs into a specific location in the zipped folder to ensure they open correctly?  I have to upload a zipped folder to my LMS.

I have a handful of subfolders under one main folder for the module.  I keep the PP and Presenter Project files in one subfolder and the PDF is another subfolder.  Does the PDF need to be in the same folder as the PP and Presenter Project files?
