Hi, I have never worked with Articulate Presenter but am being asked to upload files created and published in that, both recently and in the past.
When I attempt to upload this elearning created in PowerPoint and published to Articulate Presenter. Saba is our LMS. Our usual uploads take SCORM 1.2. Do these files need AICC or something different?
I'm attaching screen captures of what I'm experiencing. Thank you in advance for shedding any possible light.
Looks like your files may have been moved or something, that could be why you are seeing the static slide instead of the interaction.
We also have some older information that I'll share below since I'm not sure what version you are utilizing.
If a quiz or interaction placeholder slide appears in your published presentation (rather than showing the actual quiz or interaction), it's likely that the quiz/interaction title includes accented or non-western characters.
This issue was corrected in Update 2 for Articulate Presenter. To take advantage of the new features and fixes, download and install the latest version from the link in your product confirmation email, or get it here. Then republish your project.
Do you have access to the project files? You may want to take a peek in there and make sure you can access the Engage Interaction and if not, reattach to the project and re-publish.
