Unable to upload a support request

I've been working on a course revision in Presenter. I needed to edit the audio for one slide. Hours later, I'm still working at it.
The course was was originally created in 05 and then updated to 09 and includes a quiz. I'm now trying to turn it into a Presenter 13 course. It created new presenter and files. I'm not able to get the quiz back into the course such that it works - even after creating a new quiz file with a different name. Fortunately I've saved the narration files seperately. Everything is on my hard drive, not a netword or external drive. I've attempted to upload a support request 3 times, but the upload never finishes. I've attempted the upload using both IE and Chrome. Can you help? I'm quite frustrated.

Not sure whether this will help with troubleshooting my issue, but I'm getting this error message when trying to restart my machine. I'm not storing any files for this course remotely - only on my desktop hard drive.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with this!
I was able to find your support case (#00405857 for my reference), so it looks like you were able to get the case submitted.
I also see that Vira is working with you on this issue. Looks like she just sent a response about 5 minutes ago. You should have an email response from her.

Yes - I just got the response from her. Hoping that you guys can figure out the mystery. Last week I couldn't import PP to Storyline. Today Quizmaker won't play nicely with Presenter. Sigh... Thanks.
