Is there a training/tutorial available that clearly indicates the steps to be taken to make sure that screenshots, images & video used in Powerpoint (and in Powerpoint the quality is very good) keep this quality when you convert the PPT via Articulate 360 into LMS file to be uploaded in our online platform.
Currently once converted into Articulate the images become very blurry and sometimes even it's impossible to read text.
1. What is the opportune format/size for images,... to start with?
2. What do you need to indicate for the conversion?
It sounds like you're publishing PowerPoint files with Presenter 360, is that correct? If so, I have a couple of recommendations for you:
Start with high quality images and videos that are already properly sized for your course. Scaling media up or down in your course can cause blurriness, especially if your images and videos have text.

Hi Beike, thanks for your post!
It sounds like you're publishing PowerPoint files with Presenter 360, is that correct? If so, I have a couple of recommendations for you:

Adjust the publish quality settings before publishing.
To avoid scaling, try locking the player at optimal size.
I hope that answers your questions--let me know if there's anything else I can help with!
Thanks Alyssa, I'll try it with your instructions.
