How to manage swf files with the same name when publishing

Im making a course with a set of swf, that I have in dferents folders, with this structure:
Sections/Lessons/page1...n.swf (page1.swf, page2.swf, page3.swf.....page-n.swf)
So the pages names on each lesson begin with page1.swf.
As I have on diferents folders there is no problem. When I imported into the power point they look good, but when they are published the last one tooks the place of the first one with the same name.
This is a big course, and I have some links inside the movies, so change the name of each one would be problem.
How can I do to change the internal location of them when importing? I mean to create a similar directory structure inside the published folder.
Thanks, I will appreciate your help.

Hi eny
each swf needs to have a unique name when you publish they are renamed fm_yourname.swf so any that have the same name will all show the same swf
Only solution i know is to ensure they have a different name
