How to stop advancing on player control

I need to let the audio player play at its own pace meaning if the audio or video is 1 minute long they cannot jump from 0.00:01 to 0.00:59 and jump to the next slide? 

i do know how to lock it down so they cant jump forward on presentation panel on the left but hey can still jump throught the audio to speed up the learning and get throught the .pptx?
