I published my PPT to SCORM in Articulate and several textboxes throught the presentation are showing as bold text. This occures randomly throughout the presentation. I cleared the formatting and reapplied it on some of the effected textboxes and that didn't help, in Preview. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this? Thanks.
Have you recently upgraded from a previous version of PowerPoint, by any chance? If you'd like to send us your project files, we'd be happy to take a closer look and see what's going on. Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09, which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so I can follow up with you personally in the forums. And feel free to come back and leave your case number here so I can keep a close eye on it. Thanks!
I'm using PowerPoint 2010. I haven't upgraded recently. Unfortunately, I can't upload my presentation to your server due to confidentiality agreements. It must stay in-house. Do you have any thoughts about how I can fix this issue?

Hey Brian, welcome to Heroes!
Out of curiosity, what font are you using? Is it only happening when publishing to LMS? How about if you publish to web?
It happens when I simply Preview too. I'm using Arial font.

Gotcha. I think the best place to start would be here. Let us know if you don't see any change after that, and we can go from there.
Thank you. I think that did it...in Preview at least. I'll let you know if I run into the problem again. Thanks again.
Sweet! Glad to hear it
Yup...that did it. Thank you very much for your help and expertise.
