The hyperlinks look normal when I am creating my presentation slides, however once I preview or publish, the underlines for the hyperlink appear several spaces down from the hyperlinked word itself and/or out of alignment. I'm using Windows 7 and Studio 360. See attached screen shot example.
Beyond that, I'd like to have a closer look at your file. Would you mind packaging the file and sending it my way? You can attach it here in a new thread comment.
I just saw this reply. I ended up going through the email support help desk and have been troubleshooting back and forth for weeks. I'm desperate to get this thing figured out as it's really holding me back on my timelines to get these new courses published to our LMS site. But maybe you'll figure something out that we haven't uncovered yet! :)
Is this the case you're working on with Renato? I'll follow along so we can update the forum discussion here - and you're in good hands with our Support team!
Hi, I am having the same problem with any words that have hyperlinks embedded in the text - the underlining doesn't work or misaligns. See the attached screenshot. I tried changing my settings as shown above to 100% but that has made no difference. Please assist. I am using Studio 360.
Thanks for reaching out, and I'm sorry you're running into similar issues! It looks like we haven't been able to replicate the issue on our end, but we'd be happy to take a look at your file for additional testing and provide next steps.
I was having some similar issues. My theory is that whatever formatting you add to the hyperlink is being ignored when you publish the presentation. I think that the PowerPoint default for hyperlinks is what is being used instead.
Does this theory (based on what is happening to me) make sense to anyone else?
Not sure about your theory however when I look at the text within the PPT file it looks liked a normal hyperlink. When I either preview or publish the module that is where the misalignment occurs with the hyperlink text.
I seem to have partially fixed the issue by changing the spacing between the letters. This isn't a proper solution however it seems to have sorted out my immediate issue.
Would be good if Articulate could provide a definitive fix on this as it has come up for me in many modules.
I took a look and I'm not seeing where you shared a file with our team, so I do not have an update to provide.
Kelly/Andrea - Our previous finding indicated that this issue was specific to those using a DPI setting of more than 100%.
Can you confirm what DPI setting you are using?
If you're already using 100% DPI, would you be able to share your Articulate Package for us to take a look?
With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

Here is one of the packaged files where I see the hyperlink issues.

Was there a solution found for this issue? I am running into the same thing.
Hey Carrie!
I've seen this happen when the course author's display settings are something other than 100%.
What Windows Display setting are you using? Also, are you using Presenter '13 or Presenter 360?
