As the title mentions, we're working on converting courses created several years ago in Presenter '13 to Presenter 360 files. The course had several hyperlinks to various pages, interactions, and quizzes from slides 24-84. Upon converting, none of the hyperlinks function properly, and large portions of the screen are clickable (instead of just the buttons that should be clickable), and all the clickable area leads to 2 or 3 slides total, instead of the slide it's programmed to link to. I've already tried deleting the old hyperlinks, and recreating them one-by-one, but the issue still exists, and I'm not sure what to do. Has anyone experienced similar issues with hyperlinks breaking?

Hi Geremy and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
I have not heard of this issue with Presenter 360.
I do see where you've reached out to our support team directly with this issue as well and it looks like Rowie is doing some testing :)
