I can't download Flash Player 23 from Adobe's website, thus I cannot work on my Studio '13 courses

Dec 08, 2016

Hi folks!  I hope I'm not the only one going through this... As of about November 29th I no longer had the ability to preview my courses.  What's worse is the system kept telling me I need to update Flash Player.  I tried doing this and the installation from adobe's website hangs at 0%.  I can't even open my Presenter files now because it keeps telling me I need to update the Flash Player.  My IT folks have tried to download the player and the same thing is happening.  I have a bunch of courses that I now need to save as HTML5 since Flash is going away, but I can't get around the Flash Player problems.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh BTW, I've gotFlash Player 23 NPAPI and Flash Player 23 Active X loaded on my home computer and have no problems at all.

Anyone else experiencing this?  Please help!!  Thanks.

able to download Flash 17. I am able now to get into my files. Thanks so
much for responding.

Hi TJ,

Great to hear and thanks for the update. As Leslie mentioned you'll also want to make sure you're using the latest update of Studio  '13 as that should allow you to use the latest Flash player instead of reverting to Flash player 17.
