It depends on how you published and where you're hosting the content. When publishing for mobile you have two options, the articulate mobile player or viewing the HTML5 content in Mobile Safari on the iPad.
If you're publishing to an LMS and want to use the mobile player you'll need to have an LMS that supports Tin Can API as described here. If you're publishing for web, you can use the mobile player or HTML5 and there are some considerations about how different features will behave in Flash vs. mobile, or HTML5 here.

In addition to accessing HTML5-published content through the Articulate Mobile Player app, you can also access content directly in a mobile browser. Here is some info on publishing for mobile device: https://community.articulate.com/series/10/articles/publishing-a-presentation-for-ipad-or-html5

yes i am facing big problem because we will launch e-learn module for 240 persons.
i want to know after creating e-learning module with the articulate program to open this e-learn from the i pad i must download the articulate player.
