I have a PowerPoint that uses images and shapes on the Slide Master for background color. When I publish the presentation in Scorm format using Presenter 360, the background images do not appear. I have selected the "Include slide master behind interactions" in Options.
I am publishing using the LMS - Scorm 1.2 options. The images also do not appear if I publish to Review 360. They appear correctly if I preview the slides in the Presenter 360 tool.
This is an issue for us as our company branding etc. is included in these Master Slides. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I resolved this issue after reading another post in this forum. Basically I removed special characters such as %, _ ,&, - from the slide names in the Slide Master view. This resolved the issue.
