Import audio window won't display correctly

Arggghhh! I am trying to wrap up a project by uploading my voiceover wav files into presenter, but have hit a roadblock. Here's what happened. i tried to import a wav file using Presenter's Import Audio option. The window opened and displayed correctly. I uploaded my wav. Unfortunately, it wasn't processed correctly and all I got was static. I went back to my audio program (Sonar) and changed the processing settings to accommodate Articulate. This time, when I opened the Import Audio window, it did not display correctly. you can only see the buttons. I was able to select the Browse button and uploaded my file, which played fine this time around, but since I can't see any slides listed in the window, I can't upload any audio to any slide except the first one. what's going on. I tried the renaming the project file, made sure the ribbon was enabled. closed and restarted the file and the program. Nothing. I need a solution super fast! Hope someone out there can help.
