I have some published presentations that were created in Engage 09 and Presenter 09. Unfortunately, I no longer have the Engage or Presenter files. I just have the published presentations. Is there anyway to important the published presentations in Presenter 13, Engage 13, or Storyline 3? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Currently, there isn't a way to convert published output into an editable file or import it into an app. You'll need the original source file to open the course and make edits.

Katie - I have Studio 09 source files but I don't have Studio 13. Can 09 be imported into Presenter 360 or Storyline 360. I tried importing into Presenter 360 but having some issued and not sure if it is my add-in, computer or whether they are compatible or not.

Can you explain the issue that you are experiencing when updating your course from Presenter '09 to Presenter 360?
