OK. What am I missing here? When I run the latest update (#9) the box for install, re-install or remove pops up. If I choose reinstall, it simply takes two second to reinstall the version I already have. How am I supposed to go about installing this latest update when it does not seem to behave as all the others did?
Are you using the downloader found on this page? And just to confirm, you're definitely choosing the "Reinstall" option, correct?
When you go to Articulate > Help > About Presenter from within Presenter, what version does it say you're running? The most recent version should be Update 9 (6.3.1303.2214).
Sorry that the options for that aren't more clear. The "Reinstall" option should update the software. If it does not, please try the "Repair" option. Let us know if you're still unable to get the update installed.
