We are setting the player.html into a lightbox - iframe. It works in all browsers tested except for an intermittant problem in IE 9 (32bit and 64bit). The presentation displays small and will not fill the lightbox window.
The problem can be replicated in when openign the presentation from a link in IE 9 by:
-pressing F12 on the keyboard
· - changing the document mode (by clicking on it)
Do you have the "zoom" level in IE9 set greater than 100%? I've seen similar issues caused by having the zoom level set to something other than the default.
Thanks Biran for responding. The zoom is set at 100%. Further testing has shown that it only occurs when F12 is used to change the document mode, which shouldn't be a problem for our users as it is only really used in the testing environment.
