We're working on a unified player for Storyline 360 which will allow you to make the desktop and mobile outputs appear the same. The specifics of how that will look are still being finalized, but once we’re able to share an update on this, we’ll let you know!

Hi again Graham! I'm sorry for the confusion--I see that you're using Presenter 360.
The player you see on the iPad and other mobile devices is the responsive player. I have seen other community members use this workaround to force the standard player on HTML5 devices. It's not something our team could support, but you could certainly reach out to the folks in that thread if you'd like more help with that!
