Issue prompt to resume (cajas)

Aug 07, 2013

Hi, we have an issue with a course. It has four chapters. If you are in the 3.2 and leave the course, when you resume it the course starts always in the 3.1 chapter. We don´t know if it´s related to the LMS or to the Scorm. Please, see the attached file. I´d thank any help.

Hi Maijo,

I took a look at the file you sent, and it was only a screenshot of the one page - so I'm not able to see how you have it set up. This article lays out how Presenter sends "resume data" may help you in determining if it's your LMS.  Here are directions for how to set up the "resume" feature with the Presenter player templates.

If you need anything else please let us know.

Hi Ashley, this project was made by an external consultant and she´s on holidays now, so I can´t get the original files (ppt, engage...). I can give you the zip file from the LMS and the suspend data information. I wonder if it happens because of the number of levels of the outline tab. I hope you can find something that help us to solve this issue.

Thank you very much.

Hi Maijo,

Thanks for sending these along - I don't see anything in the published output that would let me know what your settings are and reviewing the LMS data is not something we'd support. If you can get the the original files than I can take a look at your settings there and ensure they're properly set up to transmit to your LMS.  Once you're ready to send the original files you can submit a Support case  and you'll need to package your Presenter files using these directions.  Let us know if you need anything else.
