LMS loses completion status

I'm wondering if this is even an issue, but here's the question: our courses register completion properly in the LMS (SuccessFactors 6.3.9). But, if the user exits after completing the course, and then reenters the course (e.g. to review), they are prompted with "Do you want to resume?"  IF they choose 'no', the completion status is removed. It seems once they complete the course, it should stay completed.

We tried disabling the 'resume' feature, but then the course then refuses to register completion at all.

A great way to prove whether this is a Storyline content issue or an LMS issue is to test for reproduciblily of the behavior in SCORM Cloud, which is an industry-standard tool for testing SCORM output.  If the problem is repeatable in SCORM Cloud, the root cause is (somehow) with your Storyline output.  If the problem is only reproducible within your LMS, you might consider opening a ticket with your LMS provider.
