Hi - I am recently installed 7 modules of an learning course I have designed onto Articulate Online - for a prospective client to test. The eLearning works perfectly on my laptop and within another client's LMS.
However, each time you click submit in any of the quizzes the software hangs - won't go any further. Can anybody help with this - don't want to loose the client - and definitely a barrier to taking on the non-trial version of Articulate Online
Hi there, Gordon. I'd like to know the browser where you're seeing this behavior and if Flash Player is enabled. I'm also interested to know if you have the quiz set up to submit each question individually or all at once.
Are you able to share your Articulate Package for us to publish and test on our end?
