I installed articulate presenter, activated macros, but when i click on any of the items in the articulate ribbon, nothing happens, its looks like its going to start running but then stops. Help please.
I already tried that, if i try to re-install will that be an issue? given that I have already used the activation code, I am planning to do it from the same computer

If your Presenter ribbon is not working properly, typically a repair assists this issue.
