Issues with Windows 7

I have just up loaded Articulate Presenter onto my Laptop which is running Windows 7 professional. When I go to Preview a set of slides the Publish Preview box comes up but when  its finished  nothing happensand I do not get the presentation to view.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi John and welcome to Heroes! The first thing I would recommend doing would be to make sure you don't have any disabled items. See:

If you don't, try uninstalling/reinstalling Flash player for Internet Explorer since that is the version of Flash player that Presenter uses to preview. Please do the following in Internet Explorer:

Uninstall your current version of the Flash Player. Follow the steps here:

Download the latest version of Flash:
http://www.adobe.com/go/getflash
