I would like to launch a quiz using the functionality of the launch button, without have to send users to the landing page with the orange launch button. I would like to use my own image that users click on. Is this possible?
I'm not sure I know what "orange launch button" you're talking about - could you share your Presenter file here or share it privately? You'll need to use these directions to package your Presenter files. Also, I'm not sure if this is helpful but this tutorial walks you through how to seamlessly integrate your Quizmaker into Presenter.
I am using Presenter as well as Quizmaker. I have published the file from Presenter. The question I have is about the screen below. This is the launch screen that triggers the process to open the quiz in the preset format (browser with no controls, size, etc.). If you click the player.html (that is also available in the files), the quiz does not open the same way. It just opens in a regular internet browser window.
Here's the issue. When I link to the launch page through my own image, the window below opens, the user clicks the launch button and the quiz opens perfectly. Then when they are done with the quiz, they close the quiz window, but this window (below) is still open, which is confusing. So, what I want to be able to do is use "what happens" when you click launch without having to use this page. Does that clear up my issue? Is there a solve?
When you choose to "launch in a new browser" the launch page is created by default. There is no built in way to disable it, but the community may chime in with ideas they've used in the past.
