I have a simple, 19-slide Presenter lesson, no quiz, that consistently reports as Incomplete in our Moodle LMS. This is the only non-quiz lesson in our library, by the way, and the only one with this problem. Since our LMS has other issues, I'm just seeking verification that the publishing settings I've applied to this lesson should result in the correct SCORM msg and LMS status.
Publishing for LMS > (SCORM 1.2) > LMS Reporting: Complete/Incomplete > Tracking: Track Number of Slides Viewed: 19 of 19.
Could you please eyeball that, tell me either that I'm overlooking something or that it should be reportable to a truly SCORM-compliant LMS, and accept my thanks?
Also, on the last slide there are a few seconds of audio that presumably leave the final screen open long enough for it to register the user's visit, thereby properly closing the lesson, as opposed to an ungraceful exit by closing the slide immediately.
Have you had a chance to test your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.
