Articulate was loaded onto our Training Dept. laptop, but only works when one of my co-workers is logged in. Is there any way we can change where the license is loaded so we can access the software when she is not logged in?
It sounds like the installation may have been set up for your co-worker's account, only. It might be best to go ahead and contact support about this issue. They'll be able to check the status of theĀ licenseĀ and get you up and running!
