I just got a new computer and after installing Articulate Presenter 13, I am unable to find the Frames folder (as indicated below) to get access to color schemes and presenter. How can I get access to these folders?
Player colors: %appdata%\Articulate\Shared\3.0\Frames\StoryFrame\ColorSchemes Text labels: %appdata%\Articulate\Shared\3.0\Frames\StoryFrame\TextLabels Presenters: %appdata%\Articulate\Articulate.Presenter\Presenters
Looks like you are referring to our documentation here on where this information is stored.
I am not sure what you mean by how can I get access to these folders?
Please note that Players, player colors, text labels, presenters, and playlists are also stored in the project-specific *.ppta file for each presentation you create.
What I meant to say was that when I type the location of these folders for player colors and presenters I do not see the Frames and Presenters folders that should be under 3.0 and Articulate. Presenter folders. Please see the attachment.
I do believe that attempting to 'navigate' to this folder structure is what is giving you difficulty as I encountered the same issue attempting to navigate.
If you search, via Windows Key + R or in the Windows Explorer window and copy/paste the folders, you should be able to find them.
