I am building a course and have multiple interactions saved. After reloading Articulate onto my computer in order to update, when I went to old engage interactions, it would say " Unable to access the interaction to (slide name.intr). Please locate the interaction. I had to access the files via the lap top. But now one of my slides is an older version that is incomplete. Is there any way to get the newer version back? Also, I'm not sure why suddenly it cannot locate interactions.
Not sure if you've moved files around as well, as this can cause issue.
When you insert an Articulate Quizmaker quiz or Articulate Engage interaction into your Articulate Presenter course, a copy of the original *.quiz or *.intr file is stored within the course's *.ppta file. This means that if you ever lose the original quiz or interaction file, you'll still be able to edit and publish it in Presenter. Please review this article for more information.
Are you able to access the interaction directly in Engage? If so, you may need to re-insert the interaction.
You may need to conduct a repair of your software if the tips above do not assist.
