Missing content in translation

hi everybody,

I have a problem with the translation.

When I am starting the translation process I'll receive a Word document. But in this document I can see no content of the PowerPoint. A customer has sent me a translation document with the content of the PowerPoint. How could this happen? Was this supported in a previous version?

Hi Patrick,

Sorry you're having issues. I'm not sure I've understood your question correctly. Are you saying that your client did an export of the Presenter content for translation and it's blank? 

If so, I would suggest submitting the Presenter files to our support team so that they can help you figure out what is going on.

If not, could you please provide screenshots of the error you're experiencing or explain in more detail? Thanks!
