Module Completion Triggers

I am publishing my first Presenter elearning to our LMS and I have received the following error report from our LMS Support.  Can anyone tell me how to adjust the module completion triggers to resolve this error?

Message from LMS support:

-          When I fail the quiz, it is marking me a completed in LMS

-          When I pass the quiz, it is marking me as incomplete in LMS

This module needs to be reviewed. Could you please clarify what the trigger for completion is? From what I see, the quiz results are not the trigger for completion. It seems it is the fact of viewing each slide of the module that triggers it (when I passed the quiz, the module automatically jumped to one of the last slides, and then completion was not recorded, whereas when I failed the quiz, I went through all slides and then it marked me as completed).
