MPG conversion

With the old versions of Articulate and avs4you, I never had a problem converting from MPG to SWF. Now, it locks up when I go to that frame in the lesson. When I convert using WinAVI, it doesn't play the audio track. I only have four videos to convert to complete the project. Using either conversion program allows audio and video in PowerPoint or from Internet Explorer. Is there a compression or compatibility issue?

Welcome to E-Learning Heroes, Mark!
I'm afraid I haven't used avs4you, or WinAVI. Have you tried using the Articulate Video Encoder? There's a 30 day free trial available, if you'd like to try converting the videos that way.
If you still don't have any luck with the videos, can you tell me how you're viewing the course when it locks up? Are you previewing when this happens, or is this happening after publishing and uploading the course to a web server or LMS?
Thanks!
Thanks, Articulate video Encoder worked like a charm.
Wonderful! Very happy to hear that helped, Mark :)
Have a great day!
Christine
