My presentations are freezing

I keep getting complaints that my presentations are freezing (on some computers)  I have given everyone the system requirements but I have no idea what else to suggest.  Everything plays great on my end.  Any help in appreciated. 

System Requirements
Browsers supported: Internet Explorer 6+, FireFox 1+, Safari 3+, Chrome 1+, or Opera 9.5+
Supported OS: Windows, OS X, Linux
Flash 7+
Connection speed of 1Mbps+ (recommended)
Cookies enabled (recommended)
JavaScript enabled (recommended)

Hi Natasha,

I'm afraid it's a bit difficult to provide suggestions, but we'll see what we can do :)

It's also difficult to ensure users pay attention to the requirements, or to even make sure they're running the same versions. 

What I would do is collect the details from them, individually, and compare. Have them share screenshots, if needed, to confirm they're running supported versions of web browsers, Flash, etc. 

If they've viewed the project many times before, it may also help to have them clear their browser cache. I'm not sure if this is the case, but if it is, this should help. 

If they view in a specific browser and it crashes, have them test in another to see if the same thing happens. If not, it may be specific to a security setting or the installation of that browser or browser addons.
