I am having an issue where my narration recording is playing back in a sped-up mode and sounds crackly. My voice recorder on my laptop outside of Studio360 is recording audio/narration perfectly. I'm at a loss as to what I'm doing wrong or how to fix this. I've searched tutorials, FAQs and can't find anything. Any ideas or suggestions?
I am sorry that you are running into this snag with Presenter!
Does this seem to happen for any narration you record when using Presenter or just a specific file? If it appears to happen each time you record a narration using Presenter, usually a simple repair of Studio 360 will clear the issue. I would also ensure that the following best practices outlined in this guide are being followed to avoid any unexpected behavior: Studio: Create, Edit, and Publish Courses on Your Local Hard Drive.
