I'm working on an e-learning project that
was started by someone else and I need to know how to get rid of some
audio that was inserted. We are not going to use audio on this
particular module. I want a fresh clean slate. Also, it looks like
there were some animations attempted but I need to get rid of those. Is
there a way to do this in the existing presenter file or do I need to
completely start fresh and new? I am using Articulate '13. Thank you.
Yes Steve, I have the PPTA / PPTX source for it. Do you know about the problem I'm having with getting the quiz answers to shuffle? We have gone into the settings and marked shuffle to answers but nothing is happening. Thank you!
A few ways you can do this: I'd go to the Articulate tab, then to "import audio," and then select and delete the audio files (on a per slide basis) that you don't want. This should get rid of the animations as well.
Thank you for your help. This worked perfectly and I have successfully gotten rid of the audio and the animations! Now I just need to figure out how to get the quiz answers to shuffle. Any help on that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Shari

Hi Shari -
Do you have the PPTA / PPTX source for it? If so, it's relatively easy to get rid of both the audio and the animations right inside of the PPT file.
Hi Shari!
You should be able to remove that audio, and you can check out this tutorial.
As far as animations, you can remove them as well via Animations > Animations Pane so you can see what all is listed.
