Please help some one! today I down loaded the latest Presenter 13 update, now when I open PowerPoint I get the message I am using a free trail version of Presenter 13? What do I need to do to get rid of this message.
You need to reactivate presenter. So you need to fill in the serial number again. Open powerpoint, click on the Articulate tab, select Help and Support. In the drop down menu should be something like Activate Articulate Presenter.

There should be a button on that screen to register your licence or something like that. Just click on it and you should see your licence number and then follow the instructions to register.

Paul, as Nancy mentioned, when you open Powerpoint and see the message about using the free trial, there should be an option on that page to activate with your serial number. If you're still having difficulty, can you please connect with our Support team?

It was missing on mine too in Presenter, so I opened Quizmaker and was able to re-activate it there
