I recently republished several modules to ensure that they would display the play button (that Articulate added) to prevent audio issues when using Chrome. The play/launch button now appears but when I view the modules in Chrome on a mobile device, the audio still does not play, despite the Play button to launch. If the user pauses the module and then hits the play button, the audio starts up. (I tried to search the forums but couldn't find anyone experiencing a similar issue).
iphone 8 plus ios 11.2.5 ( I experienced the same issue on an ipad but I don't have that information with me right now)
Desktop Chrome it works as expected. Same with Safari on iOS
If the course is paused and then played using the play/pause button on the player the audio will begin. It's as if the play button that Articulate created is not being "honored" by the Chrome app as the user engaging the module to allow the audio to start
I'm not sure how to send you a link to the course. These are being viewed through an LMS.
Thanks for those details, Lauren. I had some mixed results with testing content on iPhones with my team. I've created a priority support case for you, and one of our engineers will be in touch with you through email to work on some next steps!

Hi Lauren,
I haven't found any similar issues reported either - so I'd like to know a bit more about your setup!
If you're able to share a link to your course, that'll help me test and answer a few of the questions above as well.
Hi Ashley!
I'm not sure how to send you a link to the course. These are being viewed through an LMS.
Thank you!

I wanted to correct one of my statements. The module does not work as expected in the Safari Mobile application either.
