No linking of engage and quiz to presenter

Hi Can you help

3 problems

1. No Save and return to presenter tab on engage or quiz

2. Not able to upload engage and quiz into presenter ? because of above

3. Not getting any updates – is this because I work for a large organisation and firewall is preventing us receiving these?
