I am sure this will come soon, but at the moment - no, it doesn't. There have been huge development efforts on the new software, but not there with this yet. Sorry.
Since this posting was put up 8 months ago, are there any updates and is Articulate working on getting the software to play nice with the "web based components of Office 365"? I have looked but haven't been able to find anything.
Thank you for your response, but it doesn't really answer my question. I should have been more clear the first time so I'll try again:
WhenwillArticulate Studio work with Browser-based (online) components of O365 and Click to run version of Office 2010? We are at the mercy of our IT department who are switching us all to O365, which is not installed locally.
I don't have a timeline or any specifics to offer as we don't release our product roadmap but you're welcome to share your thoughts directly with our team in the form of a feature request.
Nope - the documented article linked previously indicates that:
Articulate Studio '13 works with 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Microsoft Office 2007-2016, except:
Web-based versions of Office 365
Mobile versions of Office 365
Click-to-run versions of Office 2010
If you have run into an issue with one of the supported versions, we'd want to know more information and likely have you work with our Support Engineers.
Another office 365 and Office Pro Plus user here finding it frustrating to work with Presenter now that my IT department has upgraded us (automatically without option) to 16! Can you link us to the feature request so we can +1?
Trying to understand compatibility. I am using the demo version of Studio 13. Our IT group just installed Office 2016. It's installed locally. If I launch powerpoint and click on anything in the Articulate tab, ppt freezes.
If you are finding that your Articulate tab is not working in PowerPoint, it may be a plug-in issue. Can you take a look at this article and see if it helps?
You may want to review the information in this article on Microsoft's site to understand the "click to run" set up. Essentially the click to run version is a different way to install Microsoft products and allow for access to the latest updates/versions.

Jane,
The technical specifications at https://en-uk.articulate.com/products/studio-tech-specs.php show this, and at http://en-uk.articulate.com/support/presenter-13/supported-versions-of-microsoft-office

Not tested this but if you install the office components rather than use the web based office tools I think it should work.
It does work with Office 13 just not the web based components of office 365

Hi Kara!
Articulate Studio '13 works with 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Microsoft Office 2007-2013, except the following:
I use Office 365, but it is installed locally and works great.

Ah, that I cannot answer. You are welcome to put in a feature request.
Any updates to this issue?
Hi Tony,
We still do not have support for web based versions as detailed here.
Ashley,
Do you know if this is in the works for later?
Tony
Hi Tony,

So if you have Office Version 15.XXXX.XXX am I understanding that Studio 13 is not supposed to work with this version?
Hi Eric,

HI Kim,
Just to clarify, Office 2016 is supported. So if your IT team has upgraded you to Office 2016 - you should be all set.
Also, the feature request link is embedded above as a hyperlink but I've included it as a direct link here: https://www.articulate.com/support/contact/submit.php?form=feature
Please let us know if you need anything else!
Even if it is the Office 365 v. of 2016?
Hi Kim!
I utilize Office 365 and as long as you have the program installed locally on your machine and not in the cloud, you should be fine.
OK, thanks, Leslie - then the problems I'm having since IT has upgraded must be related to something else. I'll start a new thread.
Trying to understand compatibility. I am using the demo version of Studio 13. Our IT group just installed Office 2016. It's installed locally. If I launch powerpoint and click on anything in the Articulate tab, ppt freezes.
Thoughts?
Thanks

Hey there Jamie. Just to throw this in here, these are the supported versions of Microsoft Office.
If you are finding that your Articulate tab is not working in PowerPoint, it may be a plug-in issue. Can you take a look at this article and see if it helps?
Kim, did you ever find any resolution with your IT team?
Hi Mindy,
Thanks for the follow-up. I did figure it out! I am sorry I didn't update sooner.
Kim
Hi Kim,
Any idea what your IT team had to do or change to accomplish this?
What is a "Click-to-run versions of Office 2010"?
thanks
Jim

Hi Kim.
Can you please let me know how did you solve this problem?
Thanks,
Danny.
