I've had engage interactions located on a Moodle site for many years. For some reason they don't appear to be working on Mac's any more. They interactions are opening but the content doesn't load. Anyone got any thoughts on what the issue might be, or more importantly, what the solutions is?
Thanks for the response. The software was built on '09'. . I have had a couple of people test it for me (I'm on PC) they have the latest flash players. The software is working fine on PC. I first uploaded these courses in 2010 and they have worked fine until recently.

Hi Andy!
You mention 'years'. Do you know what software the content was built in?
If '09, you'd want to be sure that your Flash Player is up to date:
Flash Player 6.0.79 or later (http://www.adobe.com/go/getflash) (Flash Player 7 or later recommended), and one of the following browsers:
If '13, be sure you are meeting these viewing requirements.
Does it load on another device/computer?

Macs do not install flash by default now that may be the issue
An up to date flash player has been installed, it doesn't appear this is the issue. Thanks!
Hi Andy!
