Notes Text is centered - not left justified

Jul 03, 2015

Hello. The text that appears in the Notes tab is centered, not left justified even though it is left justified in the PPT notes. I tried to find a setting in the slide properties, but couldn't locate it. Does anyone know how to fix this? I appreciate any help anyone can provide. Thanks!

Hi, June -- Welcome to the community! Would you be able to provide your file so that we can check it out on our end? Also, I wanted to ask, are you trying to format the notes via the Notes Master in PowerPoint? Please see below:

Formatting Notes Via the Notes Master in PowerPoint Doesn't Work in Articulate Presenter

If you format notes in PowerPoint by going to the View tab and clicking Notes Master, you may find that the formatting is wrong when you preview or publish with Articulate Presenter.

This issue was corrected in Update 2 for Presenter. To take advantage of the new features and fixes, download and install the latest version from the link in your product confirmation email, or get it here. Then republish your project.

Hi Christie.

Thanks for following up with me. Unfortunately I cannot send you my file due to proprietary reasons. I did check the Notes master and it is set to left justified.

Also, IT controls our versions of the software so I cannot download the latest software version.

Thanks for trying to help. Appreciate it.

Thanks,
